La Sandia is a great place to go for happy hour if you work near Park Meadows Mall. It's a Mexican restaurant and tequila bar, with lots of food and drink specials during happy hour. The atmosphere and food at the restaurant are enjoyable. La Sandia also has one of the best outdoor patios in the area, located on the second floor the restaurant. The views of the Rocky Mountains and surrounding Front Range are excellent. If you like margaritas and a little heat, be sure to try the Spicy Orange Margarita.
